The Arapahoe-Douglas-Elbert Medical Society (ADEMS) established the Arapahoe Medical Foundation (AMF) in 1975 to provide medical answering services to the ADEMS membership. AMF was renamed Medical TeleCommunications (MTC) in 2002. MTC is governed by a board of physicians and the ADEMS is its sole owner and stockholder.
MTC's management team has over 50 years of experience in medial answering services. Our operators are professional, friendly, and expertly trained to handle an client situation. At least one member of our management team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. MTC prides itself as being an accurate, reliable link between you and your patients. Our voice logger eliminates any discrepancies in information and provides a high level accountability for our clients.
Back-up batteries and generator
In the event of a power outage-for any reason-our system is equipped with backup batteries and a generator able to supply uninterrupted power for however long it takes to restore regular service.
